Description:

Open Contracts competitively bid and won the project to strip and refurbish the third floor at 19-21 Grosvenor Street.

Scope:

This six week programme began with the strip out of existing ceilings, partitions and floor finishes, as well as all mechanical and electrical components.

New ceilings were installed incorporating LED lighting and air conditioning units. Bespoke joinery was used to enhance features, including the radiators, and to hide cabling.
The refurbished space was decorated and re-carpeted throughout and new WCs built to complement the existing provision that was also refurbished.
