Description:

Open Contracts were appointed to carry out a complete fit out of an existing open plan Cat A space at 33 Cannon Street to provide office accommodation for Palantir Solutions. Our Client is the largest, independent, dedicated global provider of integrated economics and planning products and services.

Scope:

The works involved creating office and ancillary space through the erection of solid & glass partition walls within the bounds of the demise. Quiet Booths were created with pocket sliding doors and the larger meeting rooms were fitted with a sliding wall partition for flexible use. Lighting, power, plumbing and sprinkler systems were reconfigured to suit the new layout and a substantial amount of new power had to be introduced.

A tea point and server room were built with the latter having its own dedicated cooling system installed.

New carpets were laid throughout and two ’whiteboard walls’ where created using a wall vinyl.
