Open Contracts carries out the refurbishment and fitting out of offices and industrial units throughout London and the South East of England.

The company was set up in 2001 by its current directors, Malcolm MacDougall and Peter Smith, and specialises in projects in the range of £100,000 to £2.5m.

Our business ethos is centred on building trust and working in partnership with our clients and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.

We understand the importance of building long term relationships for the future success of our business and work hard to ensure our clients are always delighted with the service we provide.

Open Contracts was so named as the founding Directors wanted a company identity that reflected their open and honest approach.
